This is the old family hamburger recipe that I was talking about last night.
2 pounds of ground beef
2 1/2 cups of milk
1 1/2 cups of flour
Chopped Onion (lots)
Mix until combined. You should have a loose meatloaf like mixture. Heat a pan with enough oil to cover the bottom. Then spoon hamburger sized patties into the pan, cook one side then when the edges start to brown, flip and continue to cook on the other side. Then you must eat these on white bread with a slice of hoop cheese on the side.
These make a lot of burgers. We used 2 pounds of beef today because my sister wanted some for lunch next week.
