I am so glad that tomorrow is Friday. I have the weekend off and it’s my sisters birthday weekend. We are going to go shopping and go out to eat dinner on Saturday.
Tonight’s dinner was pretty good. I bought some of Johnsonville Cajun Chicken Sausage that I cooked in the oven with some fries. The swelled up to more then 2x the size so I cut one in 1/2 and ate it on 2 buns. Topped that with some Vidalia onion spread, ketchup, mustard, and sautéed peppers and onions. This was a really fast and easy meal. The sausage turned out to have 4 points, the buns 3 points for both, and the fries 2 points for a serving. And you can’t have sausage dogs without an icy beer on the side.
