The last few weeks have been a barrel of stress.
My dad has been in and out of the hospital. We have had problems with some unsavory people taking advantage of him.
Work schedules have changed and I have to still fit the same amount of work into less time.
I have made the wrong food choices, and have enjoyed a drink nearly every night.
I have to stop all the bad choices and get back on plan. Why is it that when I am stressed I automatically go to all the bad food. Sure stopping for Little Ceasers $5 pizza on the way home is easier….but…its not good for me.
