So far….

I have been doing really good lately.  Been watching what I eat and feel good about tomorrows weigh in. 

I tried a REALLY good Lean Cuisine dinner today at lunch it was one of the new Steam Pouch ones the Mushroom Tortellini with Portobello mushroom and cheese stuffed tortellini with snap peas, sun-dried tomatoes, peas and red peppers in a creamy mushroom sauce.

OMG

It  was so good.  (Tried to find a pic…but…)

I have cut out on 2 things that was considered a daily part of my diet.

1.  Chips (yes I watched serving sizes…but…)

2.  Bananas (use to eat 1-2 a day)

I do not know if these cuts could explain my weight loss but hey….I am going to try to keep them out and see what happens.

And I have been snacking A LOT on cucumbers and carrots.  I have eaten so many carrots I am surprised I am not ORANGE. (okay….aol image search for orange woman…has left me damaged forever).

Tomorrow is my last day of work again….and I have 9 wonderful days off….WOOHOO…I have some fun things planned.
