Lazy Sunday

Haven’t really done much of anything all day. Just really wiped. I have to figure out way the whole diet thing seems to be on pause. I lose 2 pounds, gain 2 pounds, lose 3 pounds, gain etc. Really need to look back on the food journal and see what is going on. I think that i really need to up the protein in my diet, maybe that will help some?
