June Goals….update

Well I totally flunked my June 1 goal…the last few weeks have been…fun..lol..

I have eaten way too much, drank too much, and yes I have gained.

I really need to get back on plan.  My main goals for this month is to:

1.  Write everything in my food journal.

2.  Reduce the amount of alcohol I drink.

3.  Ride the exercise bike at least 3x a week for at least 30 minutes at a time.

4.  Start eating more fruits and veggies again.

5.  Make sure I take my lunch to work with me everyday…stay away from the vending machines, and cut back on potato chips (i portion them out but still)

  2. Did okay until this week, way too much stuff going on around here….and being on vacation this week has ruined me.

    How are you doing on your monthly goals?
