So after reading Biz’s Blog this afternoon and her goals for June I decided that I need to make some goals of my own.
When I was “off” my diet I think I gained about 5 pounds and now that I am back on I really need to concentrate on losing the weight.
1. Be down to 170 by June 1 (that is about 6.1 pounds).
2. Try to exercise. Been looking online trying to find some exercises to do with hand weights.
3. and (like Biz) drink less alcohol. (even though I really LOVE having a beer at night)
