I really think that I am back on track. Last Friday I weighed in for the first time since November 19. I was up 8 pounds. Really do not think that it was that bad, still was not happy though.
OK DELETED A LITTLE RANT…
. I am back on track and have not had a beer or alcohol for the last week or so. Tomorrow is another weigh-in, really hoping for a good one. I have been “good” this week, my only vice has been Iced Coffee. Making my own with coffee, truvia, shot of sugar-free caramel, and splash of almond milk.
I really need to start writing on the blog again, gives me a place to vent. 🙂
