Just because you are stressed out does not mean you have to turn to food!

Chips on the table at work does not mean that you HAVE to eat some.

Need to remember to bulk up the omelets at breakfast a little more so that I do not get hungry while lunch is heating up.

Also don’t you think that if someones insurance is going up over $600 more than last year that you can drop a little post card in the mail to let them know more than 4 weeks early.  KWIM  I have 4 weeks to raise another $800.  arghhhh
