that I have made. Since June 1st, I have been journaling, watching what I eat, and not drinking any alcohol. Since then I have lost 5 pounds, and if you count the 3 pounds from the week before I started journaling. I am down 8 pounds. WOOHOO. Since I am an electronic junkie, I downloaded a new app on my phone to journal with. LOVE IT!!! I am even writing this post with my phone…so easy. Have a great Wednesday (what’s left of it). Jamie, which APP are you using? I use fat secret on my desk top computer, I haven’t checked to see if they have an APP for it yet though. Hope you are having a great summer!
Hi Biz…. Its an APP that is a play off the Weight Watcher App…Its the weight watchers diary from the amazon app store. I am able to log my food into the food journal, calculate points, and track my weight loss. I love it.
