that I have made. Since June 1st, I have been journaling, watching what I eat, and not drinking any alcohol. Since then I have lost 5 pounds, and if you count the 3 pounds from the week before I started journaling. I am down 8 pounds. WOOHOO. Since I am an electronic junkie, I downloaded a new app on my phone to journal with. LOVE IT!!! I am even writing this post with my phone…so easy. Have a great Wednesday (what’s left of it).
